Day 01 : Arrive Delhi
Arrive in Delhi ,meeting & assistance upon arrival and transfer to the hotel Overnight at hotel.


Day 02 Delhi / Haridwar /Rishikesh
Early morning snacks at the hotel. Transfer to the railway station to connect Train -2017 Dehradun Shatabdi Express to Haridwar. Dep:- 0655 hrs Air:- 1122 hrs Breakfast on board. On arrival drive to Rishikesh (24 kms /30 min) On arrival in Rishikesh, transfer to the hotel Ashram lunch 3t the hotel.
Afternoon briefing -explaining the day routine to be followed during Rishikesh Stay. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel


Day 03 : Rishikesh
Following "YOGA" routine to be followed for the next 05 days 0600 -0730: Practice of Asana. 0800 -0900 : Yogic Breakfast. 0900 -1100 : lecture by expert 1100-1130 : Tea Break 1130 -1330 :Yoga Nidra(Psychic sleep). 1330 -1430 :Yogic Lunch 1600 -1800 : Antar Mauna (Practice of Inner Silence a different way of Meditation) 1800 -1900: Tea Break. 2000 -2100: Yogic Dinner

Day 04 : Rishikesh
"YOGA" routine to be followed Overnight Stay at hotel.

Day 06 : Rishikesh - Rudraprayag (By Surface 5-6 Hrs Drive)
After tea and breakfast. Drive to Rudraprayag Enrote Visit Sangam, Meeting point of Ganga and Srinagar Upon arrival check in hotel. Evening Sangam (Ganga)


Day 07 : Rudraprayag - Uttarkashi (By Surface, 149 K.M)
After tea and breakfast in hotel Drive to - Uttarkashi upon arrival Check in hotel


Day 08 : Uttrkashi - Gangotri (By Surface, 97 KM)
After tea and breakfast in hotel. Drive to Gangotri Enroute visit Harsil and hot water spring) Upon arrival in Gangotri Check in hotel.


Day 09 : Gangotri - Uttrakashi (By Surface, 97 KM)
After tea and breakfast in hotel. Drive to Uttarkashi upon arrival in Uttrarkashi check in hotel. Evening Visit famous Vishnwanath Temple.


Day 10 : Uttarkashi - Rishikesh (By Surface 6-7 HRS Drive)
After tea and breakfast Drive to Uttarkashi. Upon arrival check in hotel.


Day 11 : Rishkesh - Delhi ( By Surface )
