Day 01: Kovalam
Arrive Trivandrum and the travel representative of GoIndiaTrip gives
you a warm welcome and escorts you to Kovalam the beach resort of South
India, enriched with rich Greenary of Coconut Palms and laced with golden
sands. On arrival, the guide takes you to the hotel for check-in at the
hotel. Rest of the day free to relax and enjoy the beach. Stay overnight at
Travancore Heritage.
Day 02: Kovalam
Today morning after breakfast, the travel guide accompanies you on
sightseeing tour of Trivandrum City, including the Padmananhaswamy temple,
the Horse Palace, the Napier Museum and the Srichitra Art Gallery . Later,
accompanied by the guide, drive back to the hotel for the Lunch. Evening
free to enjoy the beach. Stay overnight at The Travancore Heritage.
Day 03: House Boat
Today morning after breakfast, escorted by the travel manager of GoIndiaTrip, proceed to Alleppey, Known as the Venice of the East. On
arrival, the travel guide takes you to check into a traditional House Boat
of Kerala. A cruise along the backwaters is the fabulous way to explore the
fascinating beauty of the backwaters. Stay overnight in the House Boat.
Day 04: Periyar
Accompanied by our travel guide, disembark the boat at Kumarakom and
continue to Thekkady, the famous wild life sanctuary of South India. On
arrival, the travel guide escorts you for check in at the hotel. Periyar
wildlife sanctuary, home to nomadic tribes of wild elephant, boar, deer, the
great Indian tiger and more. Evening go for boat cruise in the lake to watch
wild animals. Overnight at Taj Garden Retreat.
Day 05: Periyar
Today the guide takes you to see the rare species of plants and animals.
Afternoon visit spice plantations like cardamom, cinnamon, pepper, coffee,
tea estates etc. on your way back to the hotel, you could stop at the local
market and pick up some fragrant spices. Overnight at Taj Garden Retreat.
Day 6: Munnar
In the morning, accompanied by the travel guide, depart for Munnar enjoying
the scenic beauty and the marvelous waterfalls, high mountains with the low
flying clouds passing by. Arrive Munnar and check in at hotel. In the
evening you can go for sight seeing of Munnar and witness tea gardens spread
like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers, lust green hills, a place
so difficult to describe, very low population too far from pollution, most
of the covered by Tata tea. Overnight at The Tall Trees.
Day 07: Munnar
Today your guide takes you for a sightseeing tour of Munnar which includes
the Raja Malai, a top peak of Munnar where you can see Neel Thar (mountain
goats), Muttupetty dam, Indo Swiss project; you can also enjoy boating in
the Lake (optional). Overnight at The Tall Trees.
Day 08: Cochin
Morning after breakfast, escorted by the company's representative proceed
to Cochin - the queen of Arabian Sea. On arrival, the guide accompanies you
for check in at the hotel. In the afternoon, the travel guide takes you for
sightseeing of Cochin which includes the Jewish Synagogue, Mattanchery
Palace, St.Francis Church and the Chinese Fishing Nets. Evening you can
witness the dance drama of Kerala - Kathakali Dance. and Stay overnight at
Hotel Casino.
Day 09: Departure
The tour ends and the travel manager of GoIndiaTrip, with thanks,
ensures your timely transfer to the Airport or Railway Station for your
