BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
All advance booking need to be collected from our corporate office Delhi. In lieu if the collection the tourist will get a receipt of deposit as a confirmation.

The charges may find slight difference based on the package chosen, hotels selected and mode of transportation. The deposits are 50% refundable only if informed 30 days prior after 25 days amount turn non refundable. And package booked during the festive season of Christmas and Newyear bookings are non refundable. Same goes with rail and air reservation. It can be purchased only against full deposits and that too on the condition of non refundable condition.

Privacy Policy: Go India trip respects your privacy and stats that all your information is secured with us. It will never be shared with other party for commercial or personal selfish ends. The information collected here is for serve you better and book tickets.
However in the case of legal issues and Indian Government intervention we may need to present your information and as we are abided by country law we need to do it.

CANCELLATION POLICY – (Transportation)
Air Route: As discussed above cancellation refunds are applicable only when Go India trip is informed prior 30 days of trip. And if the reservation is made under instant purchase and special air flight no amount is refunded. Secondly the travel company will not be liable or accounted for any late flights or train departure. In the same regard no compensation can be demanded from the company on such discrepancy.

Rail Route: The train ticket turns non refundable a week prior to the reservation. If, it is informed one week ahead than you can claim for 40% of the amount. However instant reservation and tickets when booked on trains like palace on wheels has no refund policy guidelines and no amount is refunded in that circumstances. Same goes here, Travel Company is not liable for any delays in the departure of train and no compensation can be asked from the company.

PAYMENTS
For any booking, we need a deposit and the balance will be collected on your arrival. If you are traveling during peak dates like Christmas, New Year, or any festivals, full payments will be needed in advance.
