LAKE VILLAGE
Lulled by the tiny ripples of the Vembanad lake, this typical Kerala village will help the traveller explore Kerala's heritage and rediscover all the finest of kerala's traditions.

The Lake Village is an inspiring reproduction of Kerala heritage, characterised by silent backwaters, boating, fishing, wooden houses, garden bathrooms, herbal gardens and a cultural centre among other things. A unique feature of the rooms is that guests can fish from the lake, straight from their sit-outs!

  The village also has it's own "Koothambalam" [amphi-theatre], a temple pool and an island called 'Banyan Island". Situated amidst the herbal gardens is the "Dhanwantri" Ayurvedic Health Centre. To complete the experience, resort guests can pamper their palates with authentic Kerala cuisine at the resort's restaurants - The Naalukettu and the Ettukettu.
